Synopsis

A collection of comics and stories, including -- "The Menace of Sihn Fang" , featuring the Black Condor :   Returning to the Far East, the Condor encounters Sinh Fang and his cohort in their unconquerable fortress called Mount Doom, which was finally destroyed by the Black Ray. -- "The Secret New York Sub Base" , featuring the Red Torpedo :   A ruthless, foreign autocratic power has built a submarine base right under New York harbor, from which U-boats are sent to cripple American ships. -- "The Benson Mine Murders" , featuring the Spider :   Mysterious explosions, cave-ins and gas leaks have made the workers at the Benson coal mine uneasy.  After yet another explosion and cave-in, the Spider takes it upon himself to investigate the repeated incidents. -- Plus :  Madam Fatal, Wizard Wells, Jane Arden, and more!!
